Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Bright Sheep Home Service LLC (“Bright Sheep,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit brightsheephs.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your project when you fill out a form, call, text, or email us.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, approximate location, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule your free estimate, and provide our services.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project, appointments, and follow-ups.
- To send occasional offers or updates, only if you agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your estimate, appointments, and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us deliver the messages.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and our customer management platform (HighLevel) to understand site traffic and process form submissions. These providers may set cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
We advertise on Google (including Search, YouTube, and the Google Display Network) and on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, including people who have visited our website before (remarketing), we and these partners may use cookies, pixels such as the Meta Pixel, and similar technologies. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit, the actions you take (for example, submitting a form), your browser and device, and your IP address. Google and Meta may combine this with information they already hold about you under their own policies:
- Google: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta: Meta Privacy Policy.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you enter (such as your name, phone number, email, and project details) with us. We use it only to respond to your request and as described in this policy.
Your advertising choices
- Google ads personalization: adssettings.google.com. Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Facebook and Instagram ads: the Meta ad preferences page in your account settings.
- Interest-based ads from many companies: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; because there is no common standard for them, our site does not respond to them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business (for example, scheduling, customer management, messaging, and website hosting), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described above, to measure and deliver our ads.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link.
- Opt out of interest-based ads using the links under “Your advertising choices.”
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
