Estimates and services

Free estimates are provided after we review your project, usually in person. Prices, scope, schedule, and payment terms for any job are set only in a written estimate or contract signed by you and Bright Sheep. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Workmanship guarantee

Our 6-month workmanship guarantee covers repairs needed on our own work, as described in your written contract. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather events, normal wear, or work done by others. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are provided by the manufacturer.

Text messages and calls

By submitting your phone number through our website and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Bright Sheep about your inquiry, estimate, appointments, and project, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
